Preparation and properties of nano-TiO<sub>2</sub>-modified photosensitive materials for 3D printing

Abstract The surface of nano-TiO 2 was modified by a silane coupling agent KH570, and the photosensitive resin blending with three-dimensional (3D) printing light-curing resin. powder characterized infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction, contact angle test, scanning electron microscope. effects different content TiO on viscosity, curing shrinkage, tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, thermal stability, cross-section morphology 3D were studied. results showed that mechanical properties epoxy improved obviously after modification agent. When mass fraction 1.5%, molded parts best. impact break increased 51.1, 43.8, 10.8%, respectively, hardness value maintained 81–83 HD. addition can improve heat resistance amount is T 50% , max carbon residue rate are 3.44°C, 6.34°C, 25.3%, respectively.
